For years I’ve struggled to improve the performance of one of our shops.
I fought for it.
I’ve bled for it.
I kept it alive when my own family wanted to close it.
As I sit here behind this desk, enjoying the newfound success of this branch , I look back and I’ve realized it was possible because of one reason:
I belived.
I believed despite what I was told.
I believed in the store.
I believed in myself.
Redemption. It’s a really good feeling, a feeling that I want. A feeling i want to go on and on.
